Yeah, well, he told me I was in his room and I wasn't. Rowena helps him sleep, shocks Lucifer away, but I just want him gone. Sam can't live like this forever.

If it's not actually Lucifer, then what is Lucifer doing in his psyche, anyway.
He told me the same thing and though he had moments of clarity whatever damage is there has made him incapable for grasping onto that long term.
I don't know the answer to that beyond him being fractured and forced to play host to Lucifer while in the cage there could be a multitude of causes from his trauma, to lingering grace, but one thing of which I am certain is that Lucifer is not truly there.
Longer this goes on, the worse it'll get. If not-Lucifer's becoming me, then who else can he become. He's not sleeping. Barely understanding what I tell him. We have to do something, Cas. Put pressure on Rowena. Something.
This may come as a surprise but I'm not worried about the hallucinations as much as I am about the inconsistency of Sam's sleep. Despite everything, he's still human, and those two will compound upon each other until it hurts him or someone else.
You know Rowena much better than I do, maybe speak with her about the urgency of his situation?
